Kuoco offers free postage anywhere in Australia.
For customers outside of Australia, our postage charges are calculated through Australia Post. In the case of purchasing a single shoe, any additional items such as ToeJewels and Straps, will also be placed in this same box to reduce delivery costs.
We are more than happy to refund or exchange any item which is deemed to be faulty. Returns need to be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, by signed for delivery. Anything beyond this date cannot be returned. All goods must be returned in their original condition, in their original box and should be unworn.
Refunds will be made to the original card account or by cheque, if preferred.
Original postage and packaging fees are not refundable. In the case of exchanges, only where the company (Kuoco) is at fault will the customer not be charged the additional postage and packaging costs.
